At Body Beautiful Med Spa and Laser Center we utilize the Cynosure® Apogee Elite laser system to provide safe and effective permanent hair removal. Cynosure's Apogee Elite has become a leader in the laser hair removal market because of its ability to treat not only unwanted hair on all skin types, but also provide an array of cosmetic treatments. The Apogee Elite contains two laser systems -- a 755nm Alexandrite laser and a high powered 1064nm Nd:YAG laser -- in one convenient unit, providing the optimal wavelengths for most laser cosmetic treatments. The 755nm wavelength can treat skin types I-IV and veins, while the 1064nm treats skin types V-VI and epidermal pigmented lesions. |
The Apogee Elite's combination of Alexandrite and Nd:YAG lasers within one system makes it particularly well suited for laser hair removal on all skin types, including tanned individuals. The Apogee Elite is a multi-application system that can also be utilized to provide treatments such as Cynosure's popular LaserFACIAL (SM) for sun-damaged skin, as well as removal of leg and facial veins, and age spots. |
One added benefit to our laser system is the SmartCool(TM) System. The SmartCool(TM) System is a refrigerant cooling unit for use in conjunction with Cynosure lasers. It produces a controllable stream of cold air that chills the skin before, during and after the laser treatment. |

| The TriActive(TM) Laser Dermology(TM) System is the result of a new technology based on the harmonic and synergic action of three different application methods that have already been used individually. The target of the treatment is cellulite. The treatment is based on the combined action of localized cooling system, a rhythmic suction massage and six laser diodes. |
